1/2		Vanilla bean;splil lenghth wise
1 3/4	c	Sugar
1	c	Water
1/4	c	Instant coffee
1/2	pt	Brandy

Drop bean into vessel. Mix coffee and sugar, pout into vessel. Boil water and add to mix. Shake well. Add brandy and shake well again. Allow to sit about one month. To quadruple recipe use 1 liter of brandy. Formatted for MM by Penny Schenck NFSM70B
